What is a Property Insurance Claim?
A property insurance claim is a request made to an insurance provider to cover property harm or damage. In order to determine what is covered by the policy, if liability exists, and how much is payable, the claims adjuster examines the loss. The damage that an insurance company agrees to cover under the policy are referred to as coverage.
Call Chad T. Wilsom Law Firm, PLLC.
Speak with a property damage attorney if you’re having trouble getting your claim processed or if the insurance company is attempting to pay less for the claim than is reasonable.
