Ciera Hoskinson grew up in West Texas and New Mexico and relocated to Houston to begin her career in 2009. She studied Communications at Southwestern Adventist University and Waldorf University and has been recruiting for 13 years in various industries including Oil and Gas/Energy, Healthcare, IT, Aerospace and more.
