Ashley brings six years of experience in customer-facing service roles, including positions with Marriott and Walt Disney World. Through these experiences, she developed a strong ability to assess client and guest needs, solve problems, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing situations. She has also completed an internship in creative content and social media management, where she designed and managed content across a company website, Instagram, TikTok, and Apple Podcasts.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Consumer Experience Management from the University of North Texas in 2023, with minors in Fashion Merchandising and Digital Retailing. In 2025, she completed a Master of Arts in Fashion Cultures and Histories from the London College of Fashion. She is currently preparing for the LSAT and plans to pursue a legal education, with the goal of beginning law school in the fall of 2027.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys reading vintage magazines, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Lourdes Hernandez-Perez serves as the Receptionist at Chad T. Wilson Law Firm, where she is often the first point of contact for clients. With a background in customer service and delivery, she brings a dependable, organized, and professional approach to her role while helping ensure every client feels welcomed and supported from their first interaction with the firm.

In her position, Lourdes assists incoming callers by gathering important information and connecting them with the appropriate members of the team. She takes pride in being a friendly and helpful presence for both clients and colleagues and in helping the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

A 2015 graduate of Clear Creek High School, Lourdes also plans to pursue a degree in diagnostic medical sonography, with an interest in working with expectant mothers.

Outside of the office, Lourdes enjoys getting lost in a good book or series, baking, and creating cakes for friends and family. Most of all, she values spending quality time with her family.
