Ciera Hoskinson grew up in West Texas and New Mexico before moving to Houston in 2009 to launch her career. She studied Communications at Southwestern Adventist University and Waldorf University, and brings over 15 years of experience in Recruiting and Marketing across diverse industries – including Legal, Oil & Gas, Energy, Healthcare, IT, and Aerospace.
Ciera’s passion for helping others shines through her work, where she builds meaningful connections to guide candidates’ careers and assists in solving clients’ unique challenges.
Outside of work, Ciera is actively involved in her church, where she serves on the worship team. She also volunteers with Overcomers Outreach in Galveston, TX, a ministry supporting the unhoused and those in recovery, and participates in various community service events.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, boating and being outdoors, traveling, and attending karaoke events as often as she can.
