Lourdes Hernandez-Perez serves as the Receptionist at Chad T. Wilson Law Firm, where she is often the first point of contact for clients. With a background in customer service and delivery, she brings a dependable, organized, and professional approach to her role while helping ensure every client feels welcomed and supported from their first interaction with the firm.

In her position, Lourdes assists incoming callers by gathering important information and connecting them with the appropriate members of the team. She takes pride in being a friendly and helpful presence for both clients and colleagues and in helping the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

A 2015 graduate of Clear Creek High School, Lourdes also plans to pursue a degree in diagnostic medical sonography, with an interest in working with expectant mothers.

Outside of the office, Lourdes enjoys getting lost in a good book or series, baking, and creating cakes for friends and family. Most of all, she values spending quality time with her family.
