What is a letter of Representation?
A Letter of Representation is a letter that is sent to the insurance company informing them that a Law Firm now represents the insured for that claim. Then, an Independent Contractor will respond with an acknowledgement letter.
Call Chad T. Wilsom Law Firm, PLLC.
Speak with a property damage attorney if you’re having trouble getting your claim processed or if the insurance company is attempting to pay less for the claim than is reasonable.
