Hunter joined the Chad T. Wilson Law Firm in 2021.  As the Louisiana-licensed attorney for the firm, he prosecutes the claims in his home state while managing a broad range of cases for the firm across the nation. A Baton Rouge native, Hunter earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Louisiana State University, where he also obtained his Juris Doctor and a degree in Comparative Law. While attending law school, Hunter was awarded the prestigious John P. Laborde Scholarship and earned a Master of Science degree from Mississippi College.

Throughout his legal career, Hunter has practiced in various areas of civil law across Louisiana. He has worked with a diverse range of organizations, including a federal administrative agency, a solo environmental regulatory practice, a state trade association, a U.S. Congressman, and two large law firms. His professional experience also includes roles at the Louisiana State Senate and a national trade association in Washington, D.C.

Hunter’s passion lies in representing his clients. He is dedicated to helping them achieve the outcomes they deserve, allowing them to move forward with their lives with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of his legal practice, Hunter enjoys staying active on the tennis court and spending time sailing with family and friends.
