Marcelina was born and raised in southeast Houston. In 2009, she earned her medical assistance certificate and began a career working closely with the elderly. After some time, she decided being a homemaker and raising her 4 daughters was what she wanted to do most. In 2017, she unfortunately became a widow and stepped back into her role in senior care. From 2017 to 2024, she played many roles as a care provider and as a Marketing Director where she helped the elderly in finding their forever homes. Marcelina has stepped into a new role as assistant to accounting here at the Chad T Wilson Law Firm. Marcelina is excited to learn and grow in this new field and looks forward to her future at the firm.

Marcelina also has a passion for singing, enjoys cooking, reading, and taking road trips. She has held many titles in her life but none come close to the title of being a mom. “I try to live my life to the fullest, for not only myself but for my late husband Genaro Hernandez.”
