
Joseph was raised in Austin, Texas. He graduated with honors at Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. During his time at Sam Houston State, he was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society, worked at the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas, and served on the executive board for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.
After graduating from Sam Houston State, Joseph attended and graduated from South Texas College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas. While at South Texas College of Law, Joseph served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Rights Center of Texas and assisted in legal research for Professor Elaine Carlson.
After law school, Joseph worked at a general practice firm assisting clients in all areas of the law and a personal injury firm where he obtained relief for clients that suffered injuries caused by others. He is passionate about helping people obtain the justice they deserve.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys outdoor activities, exercising, sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
